Naturally Pure Ltd takes great pleasure in the superior customer service it provides. Please be aware
that delivery within this time frame is not guaranteed, even if it makes sense that you do not want to have
to wait days for your order. To comply with distance selling restrictions, we only ship orders to the UK
mainland by FedEx or Royal Mail Second Class Post (Sign and Accept).
If everything goes as planned, you should receive your delivery [the day after it is dispatched, or within
ten days]. Additionally, purchases made by 3 p.m. on a weekday will be mailed! Nonetheless, Royal Mail
Second Class will ship your order (sign and accept).
Arrival may take longer. Deliveries to certain parts of Scotland, Europe, the Channel Islands, the Isle of
Man, the Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, and other countries typically take longer to arrive. If there is
anything in your order that we are unable to ship outside of the country, we will notify you by email.
1) How do packages get to the UK mainland?
a) Our couriers feel the following postcodes are beyond the UK mainland; they charge us an additional
fee for these deliveries.

b) Depending on the weight of your item(s), you will be able to select Standard Postage or Express
Shipping Postage for your postage.
2) When will my order ship, and how will I be notified?
You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order.
3) Assistance! What do I do if my package has not yet arrived?
You will receive [an email notification] once your order has been sent.
If you need any support, please contact us. Unclaimed Royal Mail packages are typically stored at the
local sorting office until they may be picked up. If not, we can resolve lost packages by following Royal
Mail’s established protocol. If your order has been shipped, we can trace it on the [Fed Ex or DHL
website].
If your item is returned to us for shipping to Europe or another part of the world and is not picked up, we
will reimburse Naturally Pure Ltd., less postage. If these items are not received within two weeks, they
will not be reported as missing.

Each order incurs a delivery charge of £4.71 (including VAT). Sent via Royal Mail® and tracked small
items measuring no more than 45 cm by 35 cm by 16 cm. Weight limit: 2 kg to any destination in the
United Kingdom; Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and Scottish islands are
excluded from this 500-gram weight limit.
The fees listed above apply to one or three cart-selected products.
Transport expenses for relatively large shipments (four to eight items selected from the trolley).
Medium-sized packages that fit within measure 61 by 46 cm in dimensions and 46 cm in length. The
weight restriction is twenty kilogrammes
Typically, shipment with Royal Mail Tracked® with Signature costs £6.71 (including VAT).
Anything selected from the tram in excess of eight.
VAT included, delivery costs £11.81 via Royal Mail Tracked® with Signature.
Despite our best attempts to ship it as soon as possible, please allow up to 7-8 business days for arrival

Please be advised that there may be restrictions in some countries. If you are unsure about the status of
a goods, contact the appropriate authorities in your country before placing an order. Orders delayed by
customs are not our responsibility. If the products are returned to us by customs, the compensation will
be taken from the delivery charges. If customs damages the order, we are under no obligation to replace
or refund it.
